The riddle is this: how can one live in our modern world and be healthy for the lifespan? The answer is simple and relatively easy.

While there may be many paths, the one to start with is our food. The effects of living in our modern society, post 1950, at least have seen the rapid rise of the "food product" industry. So-called "fast food" and "convenience foods" are really neither. They are not really food, they are food product. These are foods that have been modified to appear as real food. Unfortunately, our metabolic systems do not process these products easily. Evidence of this is the rapid increase of diabetes, digestive disorders and obesity.

Currently, there is growing awareness of the need for eating clean whole food as close to the way nature provides it. This is ultimately the answer. However, there is the lingering issue of years of intake of toxins from inappropriate foods and the environment. Should one immediately change to a whole food diet, health will begin to improve. There is a biblical reference for purification that works here: One should not put new wine in old wineskins. To do so will cause the old wineskins to leak and burst. While we may not burst, certainly our toxic bodies cannot fully receive the power of healthy nutrition until the cellular structures have been cleansed, lubricated and renewed. Nutritional purification is just this. It is a process that is easy and simple that helps to rid the body of past toxicity; like rejuvenating the wineskins to new so as to receive the new wine fully.
